Well here we go again! Weekends alone, none stop talk of deer or elk, and Tyler making his own trail mix! Yup, you guessed it, it is Hunting Season. This last weekend(saturday was the bowhunt opener) we drove down to St. George so Tyler could go hunting with my uncle Brandon and Brandons brother Jeremy. It worked out perfect for me because i got to hang out with my Aunt Kristi and her kids. So while the boys were hunting in Enterprise we went and saw Mama Mia ( which was so Funny), ordered pizza and went to the water park to run around with the kids. When the boys got back from hunting we learned that Jeremy had shot a deer and Tyler just missed one(which her was super bumbed about). Oh well he has a few more weeks to get one with his bow. All in all it was a pretty fun weekend which I can't normally say about a weekend during the hunting season! Here is a picture of Jeremys deer....

I'm glad that I'm not the only "deer hunters widow" in the family. At least Tyler takes you with him. It's always nice to be able to get out in the fresh air of the mountains and cook a hot dog over the fire.

I'm not sure the season ever ends... just kidding (sort of). No really, I am glad they enjoy it so much and although I don't love eating deer, I really like elk!! Good luck to Tyler! I hope your weekends aren't too lonely:).
Also, I have never been to Timp cave, but the pictures you took were beautiful and I hope I can go there soon!!!
